Fully assembled. Comes with a fanless Windows 10 PC and 27" monitor and mount. If you are local, you can also have the custom table I built for it all on casters. Lots of bits, clamp set, triquetra, etc. Excellent working condition. Just moving onto another hobby. 2 years old. I’m in Southwest Washington/Portland Oregon area.
