I created a new air diverter that does not need to replace the spindle lock screws. It is easy to mount and still allowes me to use my router as a router. (I take the whole router off a lot)
I made two versions one with light holes and one with out one. I do not care for the light because it messes with my webcam monitor.
The thumb screws are from Inventiables (https://www.inventables.com/technologies/thumb-screw-cap-10-pack) and the holes are intended to be tapped for m3 screws and line up with the router alignment slots.
I haven’t fully tested it yet but it seems good so far.
Eventually I will add dust collector capabilities to the design
