Does anybody have tips for cutting 5052 aluminum with the Dewalt 611? I hear horror stories of breaking bits while gumming up the tools and I want to avoid any such accidents.
Currently I have an 1/8" mos2 3 flute bit made for aluminum and will try to go through some .090" sheet material soon, so I just wanted to know what everybody’s feeds and speeds are at before I begin.
