So I’ve just started using this machine and im consistently off about .02 on all my projects. Is this normal ? If not what are some ways to help it be more accurate ?
mm or inches? I think I usually see an accuracy of about .05 to .10 mm on X and Y, and better on Z.

.02 inch too much. You better go over all your belt/V-wheel adjustments one more time. Mine give me result of .0003 on most cases. (I push too much with Dewalt)
