All in one alternative program

I’m looking for an alternative all in one program like Easel. I have cut 2d by Vetric, which accommodates the cut features Easel does not. (Importing, custom fonts and ballnose bits) But I cannot cut directly from this program. Is there a program out there where I can design and cut directly from like Easel? I would really like to skip the two-step process of uploading g-code.
