Ok so here is another one complete. The large WI was actually cut with a mech mate a friend of mine built. The letters carved on the X carve.

I’d like some more details about this, because it looks great. Are the letters carved directly into the large WI cut out, or are they cut out of some other material completely and then attached to the background? And what material?
hey Steve. The letters are cut out then attached to the large WI. I cut the letters from MDF and then the last name was cut from half inch birch plywood. I attached them with gorillia glue.
