Is it possible to assign a particular bit to a specific cut.
e.g. if I wanted to use a 1/4 bit to cut out a shape and use a finishing bit for other areas of the cut, is that possible?
You can create separate workpieces to simulate get what you describe. Put everything you want cut with the small bit on one and move the profile cut to the other.
