Axis Issue

Just replaced the gShield and the Arduino boards, and getting back up and running, but when I set the machine up, the Home position used to be in the front left corner, but now the Y axis is maxed out at that point, and I can’t figure out how to change it … I know it will be simple thing, so please be kind … hahaha
The Z axis is all sorted and the X axis seems to be working in the right direction.
Any help would be greatly appreciated …
(SIDENOTE) - And does anyone know if the LEDs are supposed to stay on permanently, and flicker when they are being used, or if they turn off until they are being used …

Never mind - I think it might have been a damaged motor the entire time …
Oh well, live and learn. The LED issue is still a question though …

On the gShield the blue LED is an indicator that the 24 volt supply is on.

The three green LEDs are hooked up in parallel with one winding of each motor/axis. It is normal for the green LEDs to be Off, On or Flashing. Just depends on the presence and/or polarity of the voltage applied to that motor winding.

If you use machine setup you can verify the direction and change that when needed
OR read about Grbl $3 setting
OR change the wire order of both Y motors, swap two of them on both motors
