The wooden decks were fully profiled and cut on the XCarve. The brass plaque was manually milled then engraved on the XCarve. The steel frame was cut from angle iron, then welded.
Designed in Fusion 360 and controlled via UGS.

Looks awesome. How’d you do the (gold?) detail work on top?
It’s engraved into the wood using the Fusion360 engrave function, then painted gold. Used a 30 degree v-bit.
