Belt rubbing on inside wall on X-axis

The X-axis belt keeps moving down and rubbing along the inside wall, which has already caused one belt to fray and break. I have noticed the gantry and pulley wheels don’t seem to be in complete alignment. I have reached out a couple of times to the help desk to see what they have had to say and they basically tell me to check the teeth of the belt and the tension. The belts teeth are fine and the tension is at 4 lbs at 1 inch. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If something is misaligned, you need to find out what it is and get it lined up properly. Check your belt pullys, the stepper gears, etc.

Also check the belt clips to be sure they are centered and straight, if they are even the smallest bit crooked at the end plate were they attach could cause issues.
