Best bit for PVC sheet 1/4 in thick small gears

noob here. what is the best bit to buy for carving out small gears from 1/4 in PVC sheet material

Upcut bits to get the chips up and out. Keep speed rate fairly fast. I usually do about 80” per minutes. Here is a carve out of PVC that I just completed

The material cuts like butter. I have used a variety of bits including v bits and upcut bits.
