I’m working on a big, rough prototype project and I’d like to reconfigure some bit and cut settings to optimize around speed.
For instance, I’d like to use a large flattening bit for a portion of the cut, and a quarter inch compression bit for the finishing pass.
In regular easel mode, I can’t select the quarter inch bit as a finishing bit. In the 3D mode, I can’t even add new finishing bits beyond the default 8th inch bit.
I would expect the software to be a little more flexible in allowing me to pick my bits, or even allow me to add a new bit in 3D mode.
