I don’t see anything in this information that causes concern. In fact, it was such a short file I just loaded it up on my machine and ran it.
It worked fine. Returned to the x,y zero where it started with the exception of the Z axis which is a known problem on my machine. I need to calibrate it and just haven’t gotten around to that yet.
So, I think you need to look for mechanical problems or calibration issues on your machine.
