Cannot connect!

I’m using an M2 MacBook Pro, OS is fully up to date, and the X Carve Pro won’t connect.

Doesn’t matter which browser I use, doesn’t matter if I restart everything, including my refrigerator, changed cables, green light says we’re cool, but no dice, won’t connect!

I can see the USB device is registering as connected in the Mac’s system info.

I cannot convey my extreme disappointment in general with this platform - so many issues since we received this brand new 4x4 a few months ago. The lost time alone in problem-solving for the terrible UX is not worth the cost.
