Cant find my bits info!

I have two bits

37-21 s225870
37-01 s226242

Both are 0.005x1/2x1/4x2

I cant find anywhere what are they for and the degree that i should use.
They seem to be a single flute but one of them has a smaller tip. HELP!

PS: Im trying to carve small fonts and cant find the perfect bit yet!!

I would guess that the 0.005 is either radius of a tapered ball nose or the flat tip on an engraving/V bit.
You should ask the source of the bits for details.
Small fonts can be done with 60 degree or less V bits.
