I’ve installed the Easel local software and the FTDI extract, both as Administrator. Even disabled Norton settings. I do not see any ports installed on laptop.
I see a port to COM3 It was hidden. But it still is prompting me to download the Easel Driver 3.20 which I’ve done. Please help.
