New to cnc we purchased three weeks ago , all the sudden no power at all , called tech support and they are sending new main board , is this a common problem with this device ?
I’ve had my Carvey for several years. No real big issues, but did have a couple of smart clamp problems. They have re-designed the smart clamp innards and even those issues now seem to have disappeared. Inventables support has been great.
Support is great I will say, the problem was the main board so they shipped a new one overnight so have to say great service so far
