Hi Guys. Please assist me with which bits will be the best to use for carving on plexiglass.
plexiglass is plastic, therefor it will melt upon heating. Friction causes heating, so you want as little friction as possible.
SO go shallow, feed fast, rpm lowest and 1 flute.
that said, these are settings that worked for me:
2000 mm/min
1/16" 2-flute (I don’t have 1-flutes)
0.25mm stepdown
Makita at 1
