All of the sudden my x carve is carving half the size I programed it to. I tried on two different projects several times but same result. What can I do?

You can check the grbl settings to this chart and change them manually, or you can redo the machine setup and select the correct options and easel will reassign them accordingly…
See my post here and the thread linked to it at the bottom goes through this in a simple manner. This comes up a lot.
