Carving pleziglass

How are people cutting plexiglass. I’m using .20 thickness. Is it better to v bit or use conventional but

You can use either one just depends on the detail you are wanting. Be sure to set your travel speed high like around 90" per minute. You want chips coming off the bit if you go to slow it will melt.

If cutting through is your goal then a single flute straight bit or single flute upcut bit will do the job. Go fast @ low RPM.
If you want to engrave the surface of plexiglass / acrylics V-bits or drag bits are the way to go.
