Is there a way to have Easel center the text in between the stripes. Both top and bottom and side-to-side beside the eyeball method? Attached is using the eye ball method.

Sure,
Select the stripe you want to align the text to, and lock it in the cut settings popup screen.
Then select the text and the stripe and youll see some buttons at the top, select the one for horizontal alignment. Since the stripe is locked, only the text will move to be aligned to be centered to the stripe…
Make sure to unlock the locked stripe(s) after or you might run into issues if youre not used to working wirh locked components…
