I am wanting to change the shape of my wood from square to circle… Also, I want to carve on a bat as well… Can you please help me?

Do you mean you want to change the shape of the simulated wood shape that shows what your project is carving into? Or are you wanting to cut a circle shape?
1 - What wood, Easel Material dimensions or cut shape?
2 - Easel / GRBL dont support a 4th axis (wrapped design around a cylinder)
If possible, please provide some example of what you intend to do.

Well…you’ve come to the right place for your first question, to ‘change the shape of my[your] wood…’ is just what the X-Carve was built for. You can change wood shapes into an unlimited number of shapes, circles included. 
To carve on a bat (I’m assuming you’re talking about a baseball bat) you’d need a CNC machine capable of performing a 4-axis cut. The X-Carve wasn’t made for such operations, although a few have successfully modified their machines to do so. Search the forums, you’ll find them.
