If I change the custom settings while in the middle re of a carve, will it change them or does it stay with the original speeds?

It would be wonderful if you could wire up a potentiometer to control the speed while carving. Alas, it’s not currently possible…maybe someday someone will figure it out.
This could be done. It would require some modification to grbl and re-purpose one of the Arduino pins.
Easel could implement this without having to change grbl with grbl version 1.1f
