A mod to make z-azix more stiff and easier to adjust

My z-axis v-wheels require frequent adjustment. Perhaps the stresses are higher there. Also, the spacers used in the z-axis v-wheels seem to contribute to flex and to loosening with use. And I find the z-axis v-wheels difficult to work on, due to low clearance for tools. I also switched to running the z-axis with 1/8 microstepping, which seems to have been a good change. Although I haven’t really tried to quantify that.

And reduced torque is no problem for the z-stage because of the mechanical advantage of the screw! Like I said, can’t understand the rational for recommending 1/2 micro-stepping for z.
