Mostly done with my Christmas presents. This time I went with jewelry boxes for my nieces. I cheated a bit and bought a couple of unfinished boxed from a craft store, but carved lids for both.
Iron Man and Star Trek make this kind of thing look deceptively easy.

The horses looked like the thestrals from Harry Potter the first time.
So I enlarged the file I was using, cropped it to get larger shapes for my 1/8" bit to cut.
