Will Clayton Boyer clock plans work in easel?

It appears he sells files in .pdf and .dxf file types.
Easel has a .dxf import tool, but it is limited to 5mb file size.
You may need to convert the .dxf to a .svg if it is oversized, however the plans should work once imported.
