Coming together slowly but surely

It hasn’t been without a hiccup or three, but I finally got my torsion table built today, so I was able to get started building the rails and such.

I am going to have to sort out the Z. With a longer (2.5"?) Upcut spiral bit chucked up in the bit, it will only barely touch the waste board surface as the bottom V wheels come off the makerslide. I can back the bit out enough to make it work no problem, but with a 2" .125 mill, I’m nowhere close. …

There is another set of holes in the spindle mount carriage, 1" lower, but the Colt mount hits the nuts on the wheel bolts before it lines up.

Drill press, here I come…
