I’m having trouble with V wheels splitting on Axis. They split right down the middle of the V (which i assume is the weakest point.)
What can course this? Am i over tightening the eccentric nuts or does this sounded like an aliment issue?
Dust build up can cause V wheels to split as well. Especially MDF and Pine dust. You may want to clean rails very often.
