CRM anyone?

Anyone here using a good CRM to manage customer requests?

CRM = Customer Relationship Management

Currently I have messages from customers through email, facebook and instagram. At times it gets difficult to remember which customer I have sent responses to, what I sent, what they’re waiting for, etc.

Is anyone using any kind of small CRM system to manage all of their customer interactions?


I work in IT at a University. We have heavily bought into ITIL and ServiceNow. That’s probably far heavier than what your looking for.

It sounds like you need a customer portal.
