Cut Setting Greyed Out

I’ve used Easel before, but I’m coming back to it after a year and I’m having an issue. After I use image trace to import a drawing into Easel, it shows up on both the left and the right views. If I select the image, the Shape tab is active and I can resize the drawing but I am unable to set anything on the Cut menu because it is greyed out.
What am I doing wrong?

Looks like your cuts were combined.
I ungrouped your cuts and it looks like that will do what you want.

Dale was correct, just in case you’re not sure where the Ungroup button is

Select the cat
Go to Edit then Ungroup
