Cut Time On Project

Yeah, and burr bits dont like wood much but is very good for cutting composites like PCB / epoxy & fiberglass.

Why use a 1/16" bit? It looks like an 1/8" bit will get all the details as well…80 feedrate, 40 plunge, and .06" depth per pass will take 15 min.

You’d lose detail in the curls near the bottom of the A.

The bits that you have recommended say they are for soft plastic and I am cutting Luan. Will these still work?

They are all that I use on birch plywood, so yes.
