Cutting Mother of Pearl?

Daniel I Just came across something which might be of interest to you. It’s a method of making very fine detailed parts without having to worry about those parts breaking. It’s called the V Inlay technique. Instead of using very small bits which are limited to the bit radius and break very easily, you simply use a V bit. This creates a male and female part, which you then skim the top off of, and what remains is your very fine detailed inlay. I’ve posted a tutorial on how to do it below;
