Cutting my carving in its shape

Hello,
I’m trying to cut a Koi fish out from my piece of wood ( after the x carve is done carving it on the wood ) I would like to cut it out completely in the shape of the fish…any help would be greatly appreciated. .and would make my daughter very happy…thank you
