Cutting not accurate

Hi,

after wondering why cut-out shapes did not have the exact dimensions I cut out a rectangle: 30 mm * 60 mm. I used “cut outside shape”.

And the lengths and height were shorter by almost 1mm.

I did the same in Carveco with exact same bit, feed rates and the cut out rectangle had the exact dimensions.

So it seems something is wrong with “cut outside shape”.

bit: 1/8 end mill

I use mm as unit.
