How well would a modified (Trim Router or VFD) X-Carve 1000mm perform in cutting .70 inch Parapan in a single pass? Looking at Custom Cabinetry work and need high tolerances on the measurements/cuts, which are very difficult to obtain with power hand tools. Also, the flex in the X-Axis be an issue in these deep cuts?
I don’t see any problems to do it except, like you mentioned X rail Rigidity. If you follow this link you’ll have enough info regarding that upgrade.
