Cutting troubleshooting

Hi everyone!

I’ve been dealing with an issue of a star shape not cutting out correctly for a couple of weeks now, there’s always a small notch on one of the points of the stars, I’ve recalibrated a few times now, went in Easel and re-designed the stars, but no luck. Has anyone ever seen this or had the same issue with a project?

I suspect deflection is your root cause + maybe to some degree change of material thickness.

Test carve a few stars, each with a slower feed rate/depth per cut and compare results.
