Made this for my dad for his 60th birthday. Didn’t come out quite how I wanted but I probably should have used a different bit and not expected quite such small detail. Something weird happened at some point and a small strip was left but I was able to cut it out with a knife. Also wanted to use walnut but I’ve got to use whats available. I think i could have trimmed time a little but I’m not sure how to do a third stage. Overall I’m mostly satisfied. Yellow paint would have helped but I think he’ll like it.
