Design is shifted 1/4 inch to the back right corner of work piece

Hey guys, we have run into an issue with all of our easel pro designs carving about 1/4 inch to the back right corner. Design is carved perfect. It’s like the entire design is just shipped to the back right corner. We always zero at the left lower corner, all measurements are perfect. Help!
