anyone else have problems with the 611 being inferior durability which
fails and has to be replaced?
It typically wear it its brushes after 150-200hrs or so, YMMV
If used at high RPM they wear down faster.
The threads on my 611 “chuck” part stripped out and ruined my precision collet nut, the threads broke off inside the precision collet.
