Can I to remove the collet from the nut?? or is fixed?? I had 0.25 inch collet, and I want to use V bit 60 degree (shank diameter is 6mm). So, what you recommend?? to use another collet with nut?? or to use adapter fpr the V bit 6 mm shank diameter??
Collet is not fixed.
If wanting to use other than stock shaft diameter one can either use adapters or purchase collets with different diameters.
