Hi there i have been having trouble trying to download a 3d file from Turbosquid and importing it into easel. Do I change the file to svg, dxf or gcode before I can upload it?

Well easel cannot import 3d files, so you would need to convE2ert it to a flat file like .svg or .dxf (svg works best)
If you wanted to carve 3d youd need to generate the gcode outside of easel and use easel as the sender.
Carveco maker can do 3d toolpaths.
