Dual bit in Easel question

I’m finally getting to my X-Carve after having it sit and collect dust for quite a while. I’m attempting to carve an animal shaped plate in Easel. My question is - how do I cut the perimeter of the plate and then use a bowl bit for the interior? When I select an extra bit, it will also use that for the perimeter cut.
There’s obviously a simple answer, but I can’t seem to figure it out.
Thanks
Chris

Move the profile cut to a second workpiece.

Make your design, cuplicate this into two new workpieces and delete the respective “not wanted” object from each:

You will need to re-zero Z when you do a tool change, then confirm “Use previous home” when asked to verify your work zero. This is the only way Easel allow the user to have control of carve sequence.
