Give Inventables a call. Real people answer the phone and should be able to check on your order. Nothing we can do on the forum to help your situation.
Try getting back onto the Inventables website and looking to see what the status of the order is. Go to your account dropdown (top right corner) and then click on “Order History” to see all of your previous orders. If the item has shipped, there should be information there for you.
