Easel Brick App

I’m trying to use the Easel Brick App but I keep getting an error message reading: "Could not get points array from the volume :frowning: ", I must be doing something wrong. Has anyone worked with the Brick App and can give me some pointers?

I am having the same problem trying to use the Brick App. Is there a fix? or instructions on how to use the Brick App?

While this app was not developed by Inventables, I took a look to see what was happening. The Brick app appears to only support certain types of design elements. It will not work on rectangles, for example.

To get around this, you can use the “Xploder” app on your design element first to convert it to a format that the Brick app can work with.

I’ve updated the message that displays in the app when this happens to explain this as well.
