Hi There,
I’m in a school, and we have just received 2 new Carvey’s. The initial setup seemed to go well, until it actually came to the intro file. For some reason when I press Carve it just hangs on 0%. I’ve tried on Chrome and Safari, no difference. I also tried to install drivers on a Windows machine, but the drivers wouldn’t install for some reason.
Could this be due to security on the school network? Other than that i’m a little lost as to what to try next? Is anyone able to help?

Problem is i’m in Singapore and with time zones i cant be sitting next to the machine whilst speaking on the phone.
