you might want to make sure your pc never sleeps, clear your cache files and browser history.
Also if you have a surge power strip next to X-controller, you might want to relocate it as far as possible away from it .

What Ken Said! Also make sure to set USB Selective Suspend to disabled too.
However IF your motor is causing a static shock, OR tripping an auto resetting GCFI circuit than I could see this problem occurring as well.
Have you tried any other Gcode senders to verify whether itâs a âYour cncâ or at least âyour computerâ issue as opposed to an âEasel issueâ?
What model CNC is this and what spindle type?
