Your best bet for inputting carving bits of any kind into VCarve is to grab the bits you will be using, grab your best digital caliper and Manually input the values.
There is no substitute for manual entry as not all bits are the same and everyone pushes their bits differently than anyone else in regards to feed rates, plunge depths, etc.
