i’ve cut hundreds of jobs and havent changed anything. it will not launch. i have tried 4 different browsers. it just stops and wont go past launch app page

i dont know what has happened to my laptop. i get to page to lauch app and it stops. sometimes it goes to page says http 1 1 200 OK. i havent’ changed any settings. cookies allowed. i’ve tried firefox edge IE and chrome. i can pull it up on phone and it comes up but cant work from there. someone have any suggestions??? what could be wrong
just letting everyone know i had an update waiting to install. think it was adobe flashplayer. i shutdown pc and rebooted now it works fine
When in doubt, reboot!
