Getting close to the end of assembling my X Carve.
Is there any trick to aligning and plugging in the g shield? I’ve been at it awhile and can’t seem to find the sweet spot. I have a fear of bending the pins.
Also how far down will the g shield move when seated properly?

Just take your time, it is not easy. I used a flashlight took my time. It will seat firmly when it is in place.
As you press down to seat it, try emulating the movement of a coin after you drop it onto a flat surface. Just a little, not too much. Wobble wobble wobble
