Diamond drag bits if your doing simple engravings
If you are milling aluminum, the Amana Tool Spiral ‘O’ Single Flute bits are very good for milling aluminum.

They are pricey, but are well worth it if you take good care of them.
Amana also makes very nice coated V-Bits as well…
